We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Driver who will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate must be well-versed in road safety, knowledgeable about Lagos routes, and capable of multitasking between driving and basic office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport company executives, staff, and guests to various destinations as required
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and well-maintained
Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company driving policies
Perform routine checks and promptly report any vehicle issues or servicing needs
Maintain a logbook of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
Handle pick-ups and deliveries of official documents, parcels, and office supplies
Administrative Support:
Assist with filing, photocopying, and document handling
Support with errands such as bank transactions, procurement, and vendor coordination
Provide general assistance to the Admin or Operations team as assigned
Run official correspondence or internal document delivery
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE; additional qualification in administration or logistics is an advantage
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years driving experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, navigation apps, and alternative routes
Good communication skills – written and verbal
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Punctual, courteous, and highly organized
Willingness to work flexible hours and perform dual roles.
