A fast-growing interior design company with multiple business units is seeking a Project Manager I Construction Officer to manage and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
This role involves coordinating project timelines, liaising with clients and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing on-site construction activities.
Job Requirement:
3—5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project management
Proven experience overseeing residential or cornmercial interior projects
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
Hands-on knowledge of site operations, materials, and finishes
Degree or diploma in Building Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is a plus
