Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Execution




  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with revenue goals and brand positioning.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitor analysis.

  • Lead cross-channel marketing efforts to drive direct bookings and increase market share.



Client Relationship Management




  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

  • Handle high-level negotiations and close strategic partnerships that reflect our values.



Team Leadership & Collaboration




  • Guide, inspire, and upskill the sales team to meet performance targets and uphold service standards.

  • Work closely with operations, F&B, and front office to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

  • Support the General Manager with insights, forecasts, and performance reports.



Digital & Brand Alignment




  • Oversee our online presence across the website, OTAs, and social media, ensuring it reflects our aesthetic and tone.

  • Collaborate with creative teams on content that communicates presence, care, and connection.

  • Design and execute campaigns, special offers, and seasonal promotions.



Revenue & Reporting




  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, competitor analysis, monthly sales plans, and performance reports.

  • Ensure all materials and communications meet our brand standards and guidelines.



Profile & Requirements




  • Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably in a leadership role within an upscale or boutique hotel.

  • Deep understanding of the Lagos market and corporate client landscape.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Passion for thoughtful hospitality and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Creative mindset with a strategic outlook.

  • A leader with presence, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
