Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print use, including social media, website banners, newsletters, brochures, and ads.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design campaign visuals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
Nice to Have:
- Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Photography skills or ability to direct visual shoots.
- Experience running paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
