Requirements

• The applicant must have over 7 years working experience in an NGO. 


• The applicant must preferably be a female who is a chartered accountant and resides in Ondo city. 


• The applicant must be able to oversee financial management of Rolan Foundation, ensure compliance and provide strategic financial guidance to support the mission and objectives of the Foundation. 


• The applicant will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, financial reports and forecasts; ensure compliance with the requirements of donor agencies; maintain adherence to regulatory requirements; identify and mitigate financial risks; establish and maintain financial controls and oversee grant financial reporting. 


• The applicant must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
