Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Manage All social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity.
Coordinate photo shoots, fashion events, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain and grow relationships with influencers, fashion retailers, stylists, media, and fashion bloggers and corporate clients.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and budgets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the production, design, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in fashion marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, branding, and digital advertising.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Creative flair and a good eye for style and detail.
Ability to work independently, meet target given by the company and in a team under tight deadlines.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms andfashionretail.
