Job Summary




  • We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. 

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

  • Manage All social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity.

  • Coordinate photo shoots, fashion events, and promotional activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with influencers, fashion retailers, stylists, media, and fashion bloggers and corporate clients.

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and budgets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the production, design, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.



Person Specification




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in fashion marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, branding, and digital advertising.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Creative flair and a good eye for style and detail.

  • Ability to work independently, meet target given by the company and in a team under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms andfashionretail.
