Job Description

• Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients through online and offline channels. networking, marketing, and referrals.


• Loan Consultation: Meet clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.


• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.


• Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all documents are completed.


• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Compliance: Ensure all lending activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Interpersonal Skills: It's important to build good relationships with clients and understand their needs.
