Job Summary




  • The roles involve providing support to account managers for West Africa and East Africa.

  • Managing customer projects on IFFMAN systems.

  • Supporting account managers across the IFF portfolio Flavors & ingredients

  • Manage customers' orders, requests for documents and complain in liaison with the relevant internal departments.



Required Skills:




  • Strong Customer Service Background & experience in customer service is a must. (Must Have)

  • Strong understanding and experience in using Salesforce System (Must Have)

  • Strong understanding and experience in using SAP System (Must Have)

  • Ability to multi-task and interact with multiple teams or people at once.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English

  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines to achieve desired objective

  • Problem Solving and the ability to use initiative to get work done

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Results orientation with focus on customer as well as and adherence to deadlines

  • Ability to priorities tasks

  • A team player

  • Willingness to learn

  • Flexible, adaptable and manages pressure well

  • Sales support role with will support ACMs within the geographical area required.

  • Support in achieving financial targets

  • Commercial admin & System Support.



The role includes but is not limited to providing the following office-based admin support to the ACM & both internal and external customers.




  • Sampling: Loading of Sample requests into the IFF systems

  • Managing samples: Includes but not limited to: Packing, booking, and shipping of samples

  • Quotations: Generate system quotations and send to AM or customer as needed

  • Documentation support: Provide and manage IFF documentation & customer questionnaires as requested via IFF Systems.

  • Project maintenance & support

  • Price Maintenance & support

  • Liaise with various internal departments to provide accurate feedback and support to the customer and account managers.
