Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant course or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputable institution
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-NYSC experience, with at least seven (7) in a senior or leadership in a or (preferably within healthcare.
- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a senior management position, with a strong operational focus and the ability to drive growth.
- Substantial previous healthcare business management experience, managing human and financial resources.
Job Description
In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:
- Formulate and implement the hospital corporate vision, mission, objectives, and goals in alignment with the Board of Directors.
- Cascade strategic objectives across departments/units, ensuring alignment with the clinic's broader goals and targets.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all hospital locations, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Lead business development strategies to expand service offerings and enhance profitability.
- Establish budgets, monitor performance, and approve financial transactions to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, including NHIS guidelines, and ensure the Hospital operates within legal and policy frameworks.
- Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors and Executive Management on
- Hospital activities, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on Hospital performance, financial status, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance measures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a robust Quality Assurance/lmprovement Program focused on continuous service improvement, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
