​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage scalable QA processes aligned with product and engineering workflows


• Lead testing strategies (manual, automated, functional & non-functional)


• Manage test cycles and ensure release quality


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and solutions


• Drive defect management and root cause analysis


• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks


• Champion continuous improvement and QA best practices


• Evaluate and integrate QA tools


• Provide QA visibility via reporting and dashboards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


• 2–4 years in QA roles, with leadership or ownership experience


• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile environments, and test lifecycles


• Hands-on experience with:


• Web: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright


• Mobile: Appium (iOS & Android)


• Accessibility: Axe, Lighthouse


• Security: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite


• Performance: JMeter, Gatling, k6, Firebase Monitoring


• Test Management: TestRail, Zephyr, PractiTest, Jira (required)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps testing is a plus
