  • UNICCON Institute of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to lead our sales efforts in the tech training sector. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and a passion for education technology.

  • This role involves driving sales of our tech training programs, developing and executing strategic business plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.



Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for tech training programs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech training sector.

  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.



Market Research and Analysis:




  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the tech training industry.

  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.

  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.



Team Leadership and Development:




  • Manage and mentor a team of business development associates and sales representatives.

  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.



Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:




  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback and improve training offerings.

  • Coordinate with the customer support team to address client issues and enhance service delivery.



Reporting and Performance Tracking:




  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.



Experience:




  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
