Summary




  • We are looking for a sales representative to help make our product the talk of the town! If you have a passion for sales, love connecting with people, and are excited about driving brand growth, we want you on our team.

  • In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build key industry relationships, and ensure our honey reaches more households, hotels, hospitals, and pharmacies.

  • As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and increasing sales of our honey products through direct field marketing and business development. 

  • You will play a crucial role in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and approach potential customers, including households, hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and direct consumers.

  • Promote and sell honey products through door-to-door sales, market activations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and business development efforts.



Requirements




  • Minimum of an OND in any related field.

  • 1 - 2 years proven experience in FMCG or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
