Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.


• Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.


• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, track costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.


• Financial Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.


• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as market, credit, and operational risks.


• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.


• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.


• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
