Job Description




  • The Creative Executive will be responsible for conceptualising and executing compelling visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals. 

  • This includes graphic design for print and digital platforms, branding materials, and product packaging, as well as contributing to the design of new product ideas and innovations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and create engaging graphic content for social media, websites, print materials, and promotional campaigns

  • Design branding materials such as logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, and presentations

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design strategies and concepts for campaigns

  • Create mockups and prototypes for digital products, merchandise, and packaging

  • Translate ideas into visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations

  • Collaborate with vendors for print production or merchandise development

  • Take feedback constructively and apply revisions as needed



Requirements

Educational Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields

  • Design certifications or professional training (advantageous)



Experience:




  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic and product design works

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative team environment



Other Requirements:




  • Must own or have access to a functional laptop with design tools installed

  • Must be highly proactive and passionate about creativity and design

  • Willingness to learn and explore new design methods

  • Background check or portfolio assessment may be required.



Required Skills:




  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Coreldraw, or similar design platforms

  • Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, and typography

  • Ability to develop branding concepts and apply them across different formats

  • Product design skills: packaging design, mockups, 3D visualization (an advantage)

  • Video editing and animation knowledge (a plus, but not mandatory)

  • Excellent creativity and originality

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Time management and multitasking skills
