Job Summary



In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract the best candidates to support our company’s growth.



Job Details




  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage across multiple functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.



Requirements



Education




  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field with a minimum of a 2.2. Master’s degree is an added advantage



Experience




  • 5-6 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition roles 

  • Relevant professional certification is an added advantage



Skills




  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and hiring policies.
