Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role and procurement.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,zoom meeting creating skill).

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee general office operations, including cleanliness, supplies, and workspace management.

  • Manage and maintain an effective filing and document management system.

  • Monitor and coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.

  • Track and maintain an accurate office asset and inventory register.

  • Handle office procurement requests and liaise with suppliers for timely delivery.

  • Organize internal meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.

  • Support HR administrative duties including employee records, onboarding documentation, and leave management.

  • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, and presentations as required.

  • Ensure timely renewal of statutory obligations like business permits and insurance.

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external inquiries.

  • manage and maintain proper procurement process without delays
