The Role

• As CMO, you will provide visionary clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while aligning our clinical operations with our strategic objectives. This influential position reports directly to the Chief Medical Director and Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement clinical strategy aligned with our mission and values


• Clinical Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure exceptional quality of care and patient safety


• Medical Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop our team of medical professionals


• Operational Excellence: Partner with executive leadership to optimize clinical service delivery


• Quality & Performance Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes


• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

What We're Looking For

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD) from an accredited institution with current Nigerian medical license


• Specialty board certification in a relevant clinical field


• Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience with at least 3-5 years in progressive physician leadership roles


• Experience managing medical staff and clinical operations


• Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or public health (MBA, MHA, MPH) is preferred but not necessary


• Strong understanding of clinical operations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities


• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous quality improvement
