Description 




  • The role involves tracking vendor-loaded peddlers from depots/RDCs to sites using tracking applications and verifying supplied volumes.

  • The candidate will support the Strategic Haulage Program to ensure efficient fuel logistics.



Duties




  • Tracks all peddlers from Regional Distribution Centers and depots to sites

  • Record any incident for Daily safety records

  • Prompt resolution and escalation of logistics issues from the field of supplies

  • Ensure all supplies at sites properly get electronic generated supply receipt

  • Follow supply receipt trail through the system and generate previous day supply report for daily reporting.

  • Give prompt geo-location of trucks through the Apps, for logistics planning and redirection if need be

  • Provide accurate monthly supply reports.

  • Track truck utilization and share daily report on variances between allocated, planned and utilized trucks.

  • Analyze the variances between diesel allocated, loaded, and supplied data for reconciliation purposes.

  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the Line Manager.



Requirements and Competencies




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Sciences, Engineering field or similar discipline.

  • 2 years working experience

  • Certifications: Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management certifications (added advantage).

  • Effective Communication

  • Computer appreciation: MS Word, Excel

  • Strong results-driven mindset

  • Administrative expertise.
