Responsibilities




  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion, and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis, historical data, and sales pipeline. Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and market share. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales.

  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and streamline processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
