Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.
Manage hotel budgets, financial reports, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, promoting a positive work culture.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Maintain high standards of service, facilities, and guest amenities.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
