About the Role




  • We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth. 

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hotel management practices, and a commitment to delivering world-class hospitality.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.

  • Manage hotel budgets, financial reports, and operational costs to maximize profitability.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, promoting a positive work culture.

  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy rates.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

  • Maintain high standards of service, facilities, and guest amenities.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent financial and operational management abilities.

  • A customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
