Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers.


• Develop and manage work schedules for site staff.


• Supervise contractors’ activities and assign tasks to workers.


• Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.


• Organize equipment, materials, and manpower necessary for project execution.


• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.


• Keep detailed records of site activities and project progress.


• Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Building Technology.


• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in building construction.


• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approval processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
