Responsibilities

Business Opportunity Identification:




  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities including untapped markets, service expansions, partnerships, and strategic collaborations for both Infotech Pro Solutions and Probity Consult.



Strategic Growth Planning:




  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive differentiation. Design and implement market entry strategies and long-term growth initiatives.



Client and Partner Relationship Management:




  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the companies’ capabilities and objectives.



Market & Competitive Analysis:




  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Use data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.



Sales Leadership:




  • Drive sales performance across both businesses by setting clear targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring progress, and continuously refining approaches to maximize results.



Skills & Competencies




  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
