KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and run campaigns (email, social media, search, display) that boost awareness and applications.
- Track results, dive into metrics, and tweak campaigns for the best ROI.
- Keep our content calendar on point and collaborate with Channels team to meet deadlines.
Website Management:
- Update program information, course details, faculty profiles, and admission criteria regularly.
- Build new landing pages and features that support marketing goals.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with developers when needed.
- Publish new pages, blog posts, news items, events or team profiles.
- Archive or remove outdated content in a timely manner.
- Manage backups, SSL certificates, and domain renewals to keep the site secure and available.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic, and recommend content or technical tweaks.
- Enforce best practices around user roles, passwords, and data privacy.
- Manage timelines and communicate status updates for new features or site changes.
- Stay up-to-date on web trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Graphic Design:
- Create branded graphics for social posts, newsletters, blog headers, and website banners.
- Ensure a consistent look and feel across for all our Social Media channels.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Team up with Channels Department and IT to gather content and feedback.
- Share monthly reports on website traffic, campaign performance, and design assets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of digital marketing and website management experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media, and CMS (WordPress preferred)
- HTML/CSS skills a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
