Job Description for Accountant:




  • Creating invoices for company's clients, inputting vendor invoices in the system and paying bills.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

  • Proper filling of all invoices in Google drive and calculate all income earned monthly.

  • Regular payment of statutory payments

  • Filing all statutory payments 

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Inputting sales and expenses entries to generate  income for tax payee purposes. 

  • Procurement and logistics for staff welfare and clients relationship.

  • Sources for manufacturers in order to reduce price such as food items and the rest. 

  • Keep up with all business and organizational developments.

  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards



Job Requirement




  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or its equivalence.

  • 2 to 5 years experience 

  • Must be Chattered

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Good knowledge of  Lagos state tax.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • A team player with leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management.
