We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for creating customized workout plans, providing guidance and motivation, and helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing clients.
Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual goals and fitness levels.
Lead individual and group training sessions, including strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
Instruct clients on proper techniques to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness.
Track and evaluate client progress and make program adjustments as needed.
Provide advice on nutrition, wellness habits, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
Stay current with fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Encourage a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
Requirements
Interested candidates should preferably possess an OND qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.
