Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple roles and levels in the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
