Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help monitor the daily activities of our team, ensure task completion, and provide daily performance reports to the management.
This role involves direct communication with our staff — including administrative, sales, marketing, and instructional personnel — to ensure everyone is accountable and productive.
Call & Data support will be provided to help you stay consistently online and available for follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with all team members to confirm task execution.
- Follow up with staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Collect daily updates and activity reports from each staff member.
- Compile and send a summary report to management at the end of each day.
- Escalate performance concerns or incomplete tasks.
- Keep accurate records of team performance and issues.
- Suggest improvements in workflow and communication where needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Officer, or Team Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and remain consistent.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and email communication.
- Must be detail-oriented and trustworthy.
Working Hours:
4 hours per day (flexible, but must align with team working hours)
Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Sc./HND in any field (not mandatory if experienced)
- Experience managing or monitoring teams is a plus
