Job Summary
- We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Growth and Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts for our product suite.
- You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed growth strategies and high-impact marketing initiatives.
- This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success—ensuring that product value is clearly communicated and customer needs are continuously met.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, updates, and feature rollouts.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand the roadmap and translate features into customer-facing messaging.
Growth Marketing:
- Own the customer acquisition funnel—from awareness to activation—across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, etc.).
- Design and run A/B tests, growth experiments, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Set growth goals, track KPIs, and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft clear, compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop customer personas and use cases to guide content creation and sales enablement.
Content & Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external partners to produce marketing materials—landing pages, emails, videos, case studies, etc.
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns to increase feature adoption, upsell opportunities, and user retention.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Measure campaign performance and product engagement using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Segment.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders across growth, marketing, and product teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product and strategy meetings.
- Partner with customer success to gather feedback, identify churn risks, and close the loop between customer experience and product development.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing in a B2C or tech-driven company.
- Proven experience leading growth campaigns and product launches.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of customer-facing content.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Segment).
- A/B testing and data interpretation skills to guide marketing decisions.
- Exceptional collaboration and project management skills.
