Responsibilities

• Manage all Water reticulation in the given project 


• Ensure all Mechanical aspect of the construction works are in accordance with approved shop drawings, QHSE, specifications, cost and time. 


• Perform Quality Control/Assurance (QA/QC) of HVAC/PIPING installations. 


• Perform Duct & pipe sizing/pressure drop calculation & preparation of D&ID, P&ID, Air flow diagram, Schematics/Isometric for ducting/piping layout. 


• Review the ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates. 

Requirements

• Proficient in water reticulation to include good knowledge of design and Drafting of Mechanical System of, water supply (Hot & Cold), Water treatment plant, soil & waste drainage, sewage treatment, Rain water drainage, etc. 


• Knowledgeable in interpretation of designs, execution of task as per approved project drawing. Good knowledge Mechanical compliance and best practices as regards Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies, Technical specification and proper cost management. 


• Ability to use relevant software’s and Apps for Proper daily/weekly progress Reporting. Good knowledge of piping, hosing and central/HVAC system. 


• Strong Project management capabilities.
