Job Summary

• The I.T. Officer will be responsible for managing both physical and virtual IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and executing system upgrades, security protocols, and digital design projects. 


• This role supports all IT-related operations across web platforms, internal systems, hardware/software management, and technological innovation—driving seamless digital performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintainweb infrastructure (WordPress)and internal IT systems, includingemails, networks, and hardware.


• Executesystem upgrades, perform scheduled maintenance, and resolve hardware/software issues.


• Provide internal support forIT tools, account setups, and user training, while ensuring data security.


• Diagnose and reportsystem inefficiencies, vulnerabilities, or threats, proposing swift and effective solutions.


• Manage and update company websites and ensure timely renewals of digital subscriptions and licenses.


• Support theIT aspects of tender submissionsand business development documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of professional experience in IT support or infrastructure management.


• Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, networking, system configuration, and diagnostics.


• Strong knowledge ofhardware, software, internet/telephony support, and cybersecurity basics.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.


• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
