Invoice and Quotation Generation: Prepare precise and error-free sales invoices and quotations promptly.
Document Management: Organise and maintain a systematic filing system for all billing and sales-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
Sales Document Provision: Furnish the Sales Manager with all required documentation for submission to customers.
Accuracy and Compliance: Adhere strictly to established billing procedures and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
Operational Accounting Support: Assist with general accounting tasks related to operations as required.
Requirements
OND in Accounting or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy (zero expectation of error).
Excellent organisational and document management skills.
Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with billing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
