Responsibilities
We can offer you the following tasks:
- Manages and coordinating the After Sales/Service business of the entire MAN ES turbomachinery machine population within the Middle East & Africa
- Provides support to customers and business partners and coordinate tasks between the various European Headquarters Manufacturing locations
- Acting as key customer contact person for technical queries, service sales enquiries and representing MAN's business interests
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, providing technical and commercial solutions locally and in cooperation with the European HQ locations
- Bid management activities for larger service projects, such as revamps, rerates and major overhauls
- Responsible for the annual budget/target planning and order intake
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Planning and carrying out periodic customer visits
Requirements
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Broad knowledge of mechanical engineering practices in general
- At least 7 years related experience
- Relevant experience and proven track record of business development.
- Experience in after sales market
- willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
- analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
