  • This role will ensure the communicable diseases brands reach the patients in Kumasi and Tamale regions of Ghana and also be accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales, develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives; and provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support; including referral networks.

  • The role will contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships & collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.

  • Successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting, have the opportunity for career growth and development through diverse learning platforms as well as mentoring and coaching required to succeed in current role and also be set up for success in future aspirations within the organization.


Responsibilities

This role will be responsible to:



  • Ensure the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals within a dedicated client group.

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning and OTR to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s).

  • Implement manpower plans in alignment with the client’s Business plan.

  • Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting.

  • Communicate learning needs to appropriate specialist unit and deliver trainings to dedicated client groups.

  • Support personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.

  • Support the budget planning discussions.

  • Supervise the performance and development of a small team.

  • Participate or lead P&O Projects at country or BU level.

  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.


Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelors Degree.

  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience in human resources and business partnering

  • Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment

  • Collaborating across boundaries.

  • People Leadership.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
