Position Summary




  • The Team lead, Sales and Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive growth, enhance performance, and ensure excellence in execution across the sales, production, client servicing, and operational units. 

  • This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, optimize internal processes, cultivate key client relationships, and lead the business to achieve its vision of being a leading 360° marketing agency.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:




  • Develop and implement the company’s operational and sales strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives.

  • Translate the company’s vision and brand promise into measurable growth and operational excellence.

  • Identify market opportunities and lead the development of innovative marketing and activation solutions.



Business Development and Sales:




  • Lead all B2B and B2C sales efforts across experiential marketing, branded content, production, and event activation services.

  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion of service offerings.

  • Manage strategic partnerships and sourcing opportunities for sponsorship and branded engagements.

  • Develop pricing models and commercial proposals to win projects profitably.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts and ensure consistent delivery of high- value, customized experiences.

  • Ensure service delivery excellence that meets and exceeds client expectations across events, activations, digital campaigns, and content creation.

  • Lead presentations and pitch sessions for major campaigns and contract negotiations.



Operational Oversight:




  • Oversee day-to-day operations including project execution, logistics, production planning, and technical deployments.

  • Supervise field operations and ensure effective planning and resource allocation for activations, exhibitions, product launches, and branded events.

  • Ensure quality assurance, timeliness, and adherence to project briefs and budgets.

  • Monitor KPIs and develop weekly and monthly performance reports for internal tracking and decision-making.



Team Leadership and Performance Management:




  • Lead, inspire, and manage a multi-functional team across production, sales, creative, and support functions.

  • Implement performance management systems and training plans to upskill and motivate team members.

  • Foster a results-driven culture that rewards innovation, teamwork, and accountability.



Financial and Administrative Oversight:




  • Prepare and manage budgets for operational units, sales targets, and project expenditures.

  • Monitor profitability and optimize resource utilization to achieve financial targets.

  • Approve key purchases, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective production and event execution.



Innovation and Market Trends:




  • Monitor trends in marketing, technology, and consumer engagement to drive, innovation across service lines.

  • Continuously improve service delivery by incorporating feedback, benchmarking best practices, and leveraging data.



Key Requirements

Education & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus).

  • Professional certifications in marketing, project management, or operations will be an added advantage.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing operations, or general management within a creative agency, event production, or marketing communications firm.

  • Proven track record in managing high-impact BTL campaigns, activations, digital marketing, branded content, and client servicing.

  • Experience working with major FMCG, tech, betting, or financial brands will be highly regarded.
