The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
This role involves identifying and mitigating compliance risks, conducting internal audits, training staff on compliance-related topics, and liaising with regulatory bodies when necessary.

Monitor and interpret new and existing laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
Investigate compliance concerns and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries or audits.
Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., legal, finance, HR) to support compliance objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or STEM.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance, or audit role.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
