Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our student community.

  • Plan and manage both online and offline events (language cafés, webinars, cultural nights).

  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp etc

  • Create and schedule engaging content: videos, reels, graphics, and captions.

  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and student inquiries.

  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.

  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.

  • Collect and analyze student feedback to improve community experience.



Requirements




  • 1–3 years’ experience in community management or social media marketing.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills (graphics/video editing a plus).

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Forms.

  • Excellent communication and organizational, and interpersonal skills- must be confident initiating and leading group interactions.

  • Passion for education and cultural exchange.
