Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a Fashion Creative Assistant to join their creative team. If you’re stylish, organized, and love transforming ideas into visual magic, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the creative and production team


• Assist with fittings, client styling sessions, and showroom coordination


• Create visual content including moodboards, lookbooks, and reels


• Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories


• Handle BTS coverage of shoots, events, and production


• Assist in planning and execution of campaigns and launches

Required Skill Set

• Strong eye for fashion, detail, and styling aesthetics


• Proficiency in Canva for visual content creation


• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, etc. is a plus)


• Social media fluency – especially Instagram and TikTok trends


• Excellent organization and multitasking skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision


• Familiarity with fashion production, moodboarding, and styling tools
