Job Summary
- The Front Desk / Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for members and guests at the fitness center.
- This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, promoting services, and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Member Engagement:
- Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Provide accurate information about gym services, membership options, and policies.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Encourage member engagement by promoting classes, events, and wellness services.
Front Desk Operations:
- Handle daily check-in/check-out of members using the club management system.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments or classes as needed.
- Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of member attendance and account information.
- Generate basic reports as directed by the Club Manager.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
