Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, manage, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Oversee daily operations including reservations, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.

  • Monitor and improve quality assurance standards and operational procedures.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in line with business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements where needed.

  • Collaborate with senior management on business strategy, marketing initiatives, and service innovation.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold brand values and standards.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
