Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Foster a positive work environment that reflects our service culture and values.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support operational efficiency.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.

  • Support organizational development and succession planning efforts.

  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures professionally.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CIPM certification is a plus).

  • Minimum of 3 -5 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
