Job Summary



Responsible for overseeing the administration and asset management activities across the company. The role includes supervising the acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal of company assets, ensuring compliance with asset policies, and managing a team to ensure seamless administrative support across departments.



Job Details




  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain and update asset registers and ensure proper tagging and tracking of all assets.

  • Coordinate procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.

  • Oversee administrative support functions such as vendor management, lease agreements, utility services, and facility coordination.

  • Manage a team of admin officers and ensure effective workflow across departments.

  • Provide periodic reports on asset status and lifecycle planning.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and internal control requirements related to company assets.



Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • Professional Certification: Relevant certifications in Asset Management or Administration are an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in asset and admin management with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
