A dynamic, fast-growing industrial solutions and engineering services company is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance operations.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on finance leader who can drive financial management, operational efficiency, and business growth in a project-driven, high-performance environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the full spectrum of financial management: accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and statutory requirements.

  • Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management processes.

  • Lead budget planning, cost control, financial analysis, and variance reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory reporting, and audit requirements.

  • Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and external audits.

  • Provide strategic financial advice and business insights to senior management.

  • Oversee ERP system utilization and improvements for financial operations.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.



Experience & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • ACA, ACCA, or ICAN certification is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience.

  • At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership position (e.g., Finance Manager, Senior Finance Business Partner, or Financial Controller).

  • Strong experience in engineering, industrial services, automation, manufacturing, or project-based industries is highly preferred.

  • Excellent command of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
