The Women in Mechanization for Africa (WIMA) under the ISSAM Project is seeking qualified and professional service providers to express interest in delivering event organization services for an upcoming training in Zaria.

Required Services:

• Full Event Coordination: Including planning, setup, and supervision.


• Vendor Coordination: For accommodation, training venue, and catering.


• Logistics & Transportation: Efficient coordination of participant and material movement.


• Experience: Demonstrated experience in organizing corporate and social events.


• References: Must provide verifiable references of previous similar assignments.
