We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Poultry QA to join our team. A PQA officer, is a leadership management role responsible for the policy, strategy and testing methodology to meet regulatory authority compliance.

Key Details:

• Salary: ₦70,000 per month


• Accommodation: Provided


• Farm Location: Ibadan, Oyo State.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent production of high-quality, safe produce/products.


• Oversee all quality control measures throughout the poultry production process, from converting the raw materials to final produce/product packaging and distribution


• Work closely with the operations team to uphold rigorous quality standard and drive continuous improvement


• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs, including quality control procedures, inspections, and audits


• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner


• Document quality control activities and maintain detailed records to demonstrate process control


• Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures


• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders


• Stay up-to-date with relevant farm regulations, standards, and best practices in poultry production.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records


• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally


• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies


• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of quality control software 


• Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and non-conformance
