Key Responsibilities:




  • Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions of the school.

  • A safe and secure environment for learning.

  • Care for students in school.

  • Neat and well-arranged classrooms and offices.

  • Students’ lockers are labelled and well-arranged.

  • Students’ appearance is monitored in accordance with school standards in and outside the school.

  • School areas are decorated with educational/academic charts.

  • School conveniences are always clean and odour-free.

  • Uniforms, toiletries, and other student materials are supplied to students and staff at the right time and in the right proportion. 

  • School facilities are maintained, cleaned, and appropriately used.

  • Attend student representative council meetings and share feedback/resolutions with the principal.

  • Coordinate academic activities like hour of honour, valedictory/graduation ceremony, Christmas carol/party, etc., in conjunction with Admin Managers.

  • Academic and administrative material needs are collated and passed through the Admin Managers.

  • Develop budgetary measures and ensure strict adherence to budgets.

  • Maintain standards of safety and comply with the Company’s health, safety, and environment management system requirements. 

  • Take reasonable care of health & safety in the workplace.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a school setting, 3 of which should be in a leadership role.

  • Proficient knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Availability to work extended hours on occasions.

  • Excellent people skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Outstanding organizational skills.
