Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic multiple and results-driven Core Sales executive personnel, fluent in Hausa to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance in the Northern region, engaging customers in Hausa, promoting automotive products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Ability to Conduct sales presentations and vehicle demonstrations to Hausa-speaking clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
- Ability to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ability to Collate market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
- Ability to participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events in Hausa-speaking regions.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Fluent in Hausa and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with Northern Nigerian markets and customer behaviors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Preferred:
- Fluent in speaking Hausa
- Experience working in Northern Nigeria.
- Knowledge of vehicle models, features, and technical specifications.
- Previous work in a dealership or auto sales environment is an added advantage
