Job Overview:

9Vectron is recruiting for GrouPower. Groupower Solar is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Trainer to lead practical and theoretical training sessions in solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate must reside in Kubwa, Abuja, and be available to work on-site daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in solar PV installation, wiring, and troubleshooting


• Teach system design, load calculation, and safety protocols


• Develop training materials and evaluate trainee performance


• Ensure all sessions meet current industry and safety standards


• Support ongoing curriculum updates and improvements

Requirements:

• Must reside in Kubwa, FCT - Abuja


• Minimum of 3 years' experience in solar PV installation and/or training


• Strong knowledge of off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid systems


• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and train technical teams


• Excellent communication and instructional skills


• Minimum of a B.Sc in a related discipline
