What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
- Provide expert guidance on skincare products, ingredients, and usage.
- Resolve complaints and issues with care, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and brand values.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, fulfillment, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
- You have 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- You’re genuinely passionate about skincare and staying informed about trends and ingredients.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- You’re a problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and chat systems.
- You’re team-oriented but capable of working independently.
