Duties and Responsibilities




  • Engaging with stakeholders at community level

  • Managing socio-economic surveys, including analysis and interpretation of survey data

  • Compilation of social impact assessment action plan

  • Ensure development of reports, monitoring and proper documentation of community/stakeholder engagement.

  • Participate in the monitoring, updating and implementation of social action plans.

  • Participation in field schedule and collaboration with external consultant where applicable.

  • Ensure timely distribution and dissemination of information to host communities and other stakeholders

  • Monitoring, updating and ensuring compliance to schedules and procedures toward maintaining good relations with communities and other stakeholders.



Qualifications




  • A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Sociology (specializing in Rural Sociology), Agricultural Extension and Communication, Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Social Sciences, or related fields in rural extension and field work.

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Must have strong communication skill and proficient in computer usage.

  • Proficiency in communicating with Benin language will be an added advantage.
