Contribute to the overall achievement of SCiN marine departments HSSE performance and “Goal Zero” objectives.
Accountable to review vessel daily reports (DPR) and share any concerns with Contract Holders. DPR’s to be filed in nominated locations.
Accountable to prepare and issue ERT step out requests for all vessel movements in SCiN.
Responsible for communicating with SOC for movement requests and coordination of SEV support.
Responsible to manage business deliverable conflicts and resolve with minimum disruption to the Business. Communication to relevant focal points e.g., ILS, CH etc
Accountable to review and support end of month EFMS vs Daily reported fuel consumption
Accountable to prepare and maintain the Daily Marine Ops vessels activity database and tracker and communicate with relevant focal points.
Attend SOC meetings as applicable.
Attend ILS scheduling meetings.
Attend daily offshore vessel meetings.
Responsible for attending operational meetings in relation to marine operations in SCiN.
Co-ordinating and monitoring marine vessel operational demands within SNEPCo and Project activities and for personnel (contractors and staff).
Support Marine Assurance Service role to maintain and update relevant systems (GMAS, SharePoint) and documents.
Accountable to process on departure checks for all vessels from onshore/offshore locations as appropriate.
Liaison with relevant 3rd party vessel stakeholders as applicable.
Form part of Marine Duty Supervisor call out rota for out of hours support.
Maintain HSSE of the highest standard in line with SCiN Policy, Marine MOPAG and Group SEAM Standards

Qualifications:
The resources to be deployed for the service should meet the following minimum qualifications:
A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
At least 15 years’ experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years sea-going experience at management level will also be considered.
